Mark completed or dormant projects as archived so they disappear from the main Gantt view without being permanently deleted. Archived projects remain accessible through a separate archive view when you need to reference past work.
As workspaces grow over months or years, old completed projects accumulate on the Gantt and make it harder to focus on active work. Archiving is a reversible, non-destructive way to keep the board clean without losing historical data.
An "Archive" option appears in the project's context menu. Archived projects are hidden from the default Gantt view and all capacity calculations. A toggle at the top of the Gantt lets you show archived projects alongside active ones when needed. Archived projects can be unarchived at any time.
