Enable automatic scheduled backups of your workspace data — daily, weekly, or monthly. Backups are stored in the cloud and can be restored at any time from the Control Panel. No manual action required once it's set up.
Manual backups require you to remember to do them. For critical project planning data — timelines, workforce assignments, client relationships — forgetting to back up before a significant change could mean losing work that is difficult or impossible to reconstruct. Automated backups run silently in the background and ensure there is always a recent snapshot to fall back on.
In the Control Panel's Backup & Restore section, a new "Automatic backup" block lets you turn on scheduled backups and choose how often they run: Daily, Weekly, or Monthly. Once enabled, backups are created automatically on that schedule and appear in your backup list alongside any manual backups you've taken.
Each workspace is limited to 10 total snapshots (manual and automatic combined). When a new backup is created and the limit is already reached, the oldest snapshot is automatically removed to make room. This keeps storage usage predictable without requiring you to manage the backup list manually.
Backups created by the scheduler are labeled `autobackup` in the snapshot list so you can tell them apart from manual snapshots at a glance. There is no separate list — all backups appear in the same unified list, sorted by date.
You can disable automatic backup at any time by toggling it off. Existing snapshots are not affected — they remain in your backup list until manually deleted or pushed out by the 10-snapshot limit.
