Leave threaded comments directly on individual projects in the Gantt view. Team members can discuss scope changes, flag blockers, or note decisions without leaving the planner.
Planning decisions often happen in chat tools outside the planner, making it hard to trace why a project was delayed or why its scope changed. Comments anchored to specific projects keep that context exactly where it belongs — next to the item being discussed.
Each project card or Gantt bar has a comment icon that opens a sidebar or popover with a threaded comment list. Editors and viewers with appropriate access can read comments; only editors can post new ones. Comments are timestamped and attributed to the user who wrote them. A small badge on the project bar indicates unread comments.
