GanttForce is an invite-only Gantt planning tool for teams. There is no self-registration — your workspace admin sends you an invite link to create your account.
Go to your workspace URL and enter your email and password. If you have not received an invite, contact your workspace administrator.
GanttForce has four roles. What you can see and do depends on your role.

| Platform Superadmin | Manages all workspaces from the Platform Dashboard |
| Admin | Full access to one workspace — Gantt, Control Panel, all settings |
| Editor | Can enter edit mode and make changes to projects and people |
| Viewer | Read-only access — sees the Gantt but cannot make any changes |
The header is your main navigation bar:
The main area is split between the Gantt chart (left) and the Workforce panel (right). You can drag the separator between them to adjust the split.
The Platform Dashboard shows all workspaces with their status and team info. From here you can create a new workspace, enter an existing one, rename it, or force-release an edit lock if a user is stuck.
Regular admins and editors go directly to their workspace and do not see this screen.
