A personal dashboard for each workspace member — a dedicated page showing their own project assignments, workload, and availability status. Gives team members a clear view of their own situation without needing access to the full workspace.
Members (internal team) currently have read-only access to the full Gantt. There is no personalized view that answers "what am I working on, when am I overbooked, and what does my schedule look like?" A member profile page fills this gap and makes the product genuinely useful for individual contributors, not just planners.
This page would be the primary destination for Members after login — more relevant to them than the full Gantt overview. Access is personal: each member sees only their own profile.
