Workspace managers currently need to navigate to specific panels to check capacity or deadline status. Surfacing the three most important signals — active work, upcoming deadlines, and overloaded team members — directly in the header means issues are visible the moment you open the application, not only when you go looking for them.

Each badge is color-coded by severity (neutral / warning / critical). Clicking a badge navigates to the relevant view or panel. The counts are derived from existing data and require no new data model — only a summary query.
