Allow workspace administrators to invite new users by email directly from the Control Panel. The invited person receives an email with a sign-up link, creates their password, and is immediately added to the workspace with the assigned role — no manual account creation by the Platform Superadmin required.
Currently, adding a new user requires the Platform Superadmin to manually create the account on their behalf. This creates a dependency and slows onboarding. An invite flow empowers workspace admins to grow their own teams independently.
In the Users section of the Control Panel, a "Invite user" button opens a form where the admin enters the new user's email address and selects their role (Editor or Viewer). Clicking "Send invite" dispatches an email with a unique, time-limited sign-up link. When the recipient clicks the link, they are taken to a password-creation screen. After setting their password, their account is activated and linked to the workspace. Pending invites are visible in the user list until accepted or expired.
