Teams frequently need to share a snapshot of the current plan with stakeholders who don't have access to the workspace. Copying a screenshot manually is imprecise and doesn't scale. A one-click export produces a clean, consistently formatted output every time.
An "Export" button in the toolbar (or presentation mode toolbar) opens a small dialog where you choose between PNG and PDF format. The export renders the full Gantt board at a high resolution, including all visible rows. The file downloads immediately in the browser. PDF output is formatted to fit standard page sizes with optional landscape orientation.
