A comprehensive log of every create, update, and delete action across the platform, filterable by time period and configurable by admins. Read and view actions are not logged.
Teams need to know who changed what and when — especially in shared workspaces where multiple people edit the same data. A proper audit log provides accountability, helps investigate unexpected changes, and is a common requirement for customers with compliance or internal-control needs.
Every create, update, and delete action writes an entry to the log, capturing who did it, what changed, and when. Admins can filter entries by time period (Today, Yesterday, Last 3 days, 7 days, 15 days, This month) and browse logs organised by month or by quarter (Q1–Q4) to keep each view manageable. Admins can also delete log data and choose a retention policy (1 month, 3 months, 6 months, or 1 year) after which older entries are removed automatically.
