- Multi-country public holidays admins can now import holidays for multiple countries (Serbia + Bosnia + Germany, etc.) in one workspace. Each country's holiday set is stored independently and scoped to team members whose profile country matches.
- "All countries" filter Public Holidays section in Control Panel has a dropdown to switch between imported countries or view all at once. Replaces the previous single-country toggle.
- Custom company holidays admins can create workspace-level holidays (team building days, office-closed dates) that are always visible regardless of the country filter. Marked with a flag emoji and highlighted in amber. Section label in Control Panel is now "Create Custom Company Holiday".
- Auto-confirm on import all imported state holidays are automatically set to 'confirmed' company policy. No manual review required after import; holidays start affecting capacity immediately.
- Vacation capacity in Workforce panel the vacation row under each person in the Workforce "Numbers" view now shows capacity impact as a percentage (e.g. '45%') instead of raw day count. The number matches what is added to the total capacity line above it, so vacation contribution is consistent across both rows.
