Managing users

The Users section has four tabs:

  • Editors — can enter edit mode and make changes
  • Internal Viewers — read-only, see full workspace including Workforce panel
  • External Viewers — read-only, restricted to their assigned clients
  • Admin — workspace administrator account

To add an editor or viewer, use the invite link from Workspace Settings. To update a user's name, email, or password, click the edit icon next to their row. To delete a user, click the trash icon.

Workspace Settings

Open Workspace Settings from the Control Panel or from the three-dot menu on the workspace. From here you can:

  • View and reset the admin password
  • Copy the invite link for editors or viewers
  • Configure timeline start month and year
  • Toggle whether vacation days count toward capacity calculations
  • Access the danger zone to reset all Gantt data

Public Holidays

The Holidays section lets you import public holidays by country and year. Imported holidays appear as non-working days in the Workforce panel capacity calculations. You can also add custom non-working days manually.

Audit Log

The Audit Log records every change made in the workspace — who did it, when, and what changed. Each entry shows the actor, timestamp, action type (color-coded), and a diff of what was modified.

You can filter by user, action type, or date range, and search by keyword. Entries older than 30 days are automatically deleted.

Platform Dashboard (Superadmin only)

Platform Superadmins see all workspaces in the Platform Dashboard. They can create new workspaces, enter any workspace, rename them, sort by name or creation date, and force-release edit locks.
